past few weeks and following the recommendations of my new doctor, I am (small) system.
Note that this works. I lost ten pounds without depriving myself too much ... I mostly deleted the small snacks between meals, I do allow myself more than a small piece of chocolate per day I became a fan of vegetable soup.
onions, carrots, leeks, and sometimes fennel, potatoes or tomatoes, but nothing other than vegetables, except a bone ... In general, I let cool and take off the fat that has congealed.
Most often, I cook lean meat, like chicken. And it's good! I just finished a broth with carrots and onions that we consume for two or three meals.
I love and I am successful!
