After two shows on the history of rock New York (the Velvet Underground to now) a few months ago (see here and here), the issuance SA . V. This week was dedicated to the California punk scene of the late 1970s, the first groups to San Francisco or Los Angeles until the emergence of the hardcore scene. Program, some inevitable (X, Germs , Black Flag, Dead Kennedys, The Avengers, Angry Samoans ...) and lesser known groups like The Deadbeats , Minutemen, The Bags, The Dils, The Controllers, Randoms, The Nuns, Black Randy and The Metrosquad, Urinals, The Screamers, The Weirdos, Circle Jerks, or Eyes.
